Where do you operate?
Swaruhi Travels provides Cab rentals, Tempo Travellers and Tour support across India, with offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad for local coordination.
Do your cars come with a driver?
Yes. All bookings include an experienced, verified driver. We do not offer self drive rentals because this ensures safety and consistent service quality.
How are your prices calculated?
Pricing depends on vehicle type, distance, duration, fuel, tolls and driver allowances. We share a clear, itemised quote upfront so there are no surprises.
Can I book a Tempo Traveller for a wedding or group tour?
Absolutely. You can book a Tempo Traveller for weddings, family functions, corporate offsites and group tours. For a more spacious and premium group vehicle, you can also book an Urbania.
How do I request a booking?
Tap the Call or WhatsApp button, or fill the inquiry form. Our team responds within minutes with a quote and vehicle options.
Do you charge extra for night driving?
Outstation trips include a small night driving allowance for trips extending past 10 PM, always shared upfront in the quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup are free. Late cancellations may incur a small fee depending on vehicle type.
Do you accept online payments?
Yes. UPI, bank transfer, cards and cash are accepted. For corporate clients we offer monthly invoicing.
Can I request a specific driver?
Regular clients often have preferred drivers. Mention your preference at booking and we'll assign them if available.
Are your drivers familiar with outstation routes?
Yes. Our drivers regularly cover Mumbai to Pune, Mumbai to Shirdi, Ahmedabad to Statue of Unity, Ahmedabad to Dwarka and other popular routes.
